Lets talk about airfare first. Since people will be coming from all over the place, everyone is responsible for their own airfare. If we were all leaving from the same airport we could pool this as part of the tour, but we are unable to due to everyone coming from different places.

I am working with my travel agents to put together a daily tour for our trip. The plan is that we meet in the morning for breakfast, head to our itinerary, then meet back at night for dinner. I would like to have two things to choose from each day, and to have repeats so people won’t miss out on anything.

At a point in April or May of 2014 you will need to put down a $1000.00 (USD) deposit per person to attend. There will be a refund schedule, but after a certain point there will be no refunds.
