I met with the travel agency today.
We will have to have a deposit of $1000 per person on or around April of 2014 to make this happen. The deposits are refundable up to a point. With over 870 days to April of 2014 it’s going to be less than $1.20 a day to lock yourself in. Of course the total for the trip will be much more than that.
I’m recommending that everyone do their own air fair since this allows you to use your airline miles.
